RB MUSIC Casting Registration

3.1 Casting (ME). Anyone wishing to register for the Casting phase, either in person or remotely if the conditions in the previous Article 1 apply, must submit the relevant registration application, after payment of the registration fee set at: • €150.00 (One hundred and fifty Euros/00), VAT included, for both individuals and groups. Payment of registration fees, which is an essential condition for registration itself, can be made by bank transfer to the account of Media Evolution S.r.l.: • Account Holder: MEDIA EVOLUTION S.R.L. • IBAN: SM97V0328709801000010314343 • SWIFT / BIC: BSDISMSDXXX Note for those making transfers from the SEPA area (European Union): San Marino is part of the SEPA area, therefore the transfer can be made as a standard SEPA transfer, without additional international costs, by selecting San Marino (SM) as the country.

8.2 TV, Audio, Photo Recordings ME and RTV are entitled to record and/or film and/or have recorded and/or have filmed and broadcast by third parties one or more stages of the San Marino Song Contest, at a television, audiovisual, photographic, and phonographic level. Each Contestant authorises, by signing the release form attached to the application form, such photographs, recordings, and filming, granting the exploitation of their image rights connected to their public performance and their presence at the San Marino Song Contest, also for the purposes of any promotional and advertising activities referred to in the previous point, without any time and/or space limitation and without claiming anything from ME or third parties.
