Joseph Cauchi (Malta), is a Maltese television producer specialising in large-scale entertainment and prime-time productions.

It produced the Bay Music Awards for several consecutive editions and has been the Show Producer and Show Caller of Muzika Muzika, the country's most important television music production. He was producer of Liquorish, the longest-running reality travel show in Malta, filmed in over 20 countries. He has collaborated on international formats X Factor Malta, MasterChef Malta And The Masked Singer, and produced The Show, Malta's biggest local concert, with over 10,000 spectators. It is also artist liaison for AIDAN, among the leading male artists of Malta and country representative at the’Eurovision.

Massimo Bonelli (Italy) is a manager, producer, publisher and music consultant, founder and director of iCompany. Since 2015, he has been artistic director and general organiser of the May Day Concert.

He is the creator and curator of the Ciao - Lucio Dalla, also produced in a television version on Rai 1 (2024-2025), and since 2018 has overseen the executive production of the Fabrizio De André Award. He designed and co-ordinated Home SIAE during the Sanremo Festival, and is the artistic-musical curator of the Florence Civil Economy Festival.

He signed the artistic direction of Safety Love (Rai 1), of the San Marino Song Contest (2025) and was artistic coordinator of the Concert of the Night of the Taranta 2025 (Rai 3). Tomislav Štengl (Croatia) is a Croatian television executive and journalist.

He started working for the Radio and Television Croatian in 1991 as a journalist and music editor of the Radio Croatian (HRT – HR) and, since 1994, as journalist and music editor of the Television Croatian (HRT – HTV). From 2003 to 2016, he was responsible for some of the most relevant projects in the Entertainment Department of HTV, including music festivals Dora And Porin, as well as major productions such as Dancing with the Stars, I Can Do It And The Voice - Najljepši glas Hrvatske.

Since 2016, he has held the position of head of the Music Content Production Department, was editor-in-chief of the second channel of HTV and served as acting director of the first channel of the Television Croatian.
