Verification of eligibility

Those who wish to apply for this phase may submit an audio song of their choice via the web, to the Dreaming San Marino Song Contest website.
The song will be listened to by a qualified person who will assess its interpretative/executive skills and express a non-binding judgement of suitability for entering the Contest. This phase is purely preliminary and promotional as a service to potential Contestants in order to achieve the seriousness and quality of the Contest based on meritocracy.
